IMBIYOTAB kicks off
October 2015 - Istanbul Microalgae Biotechnologies Research and Development Center (IMBIYOTAB) kicks off with major grant funded by Istanbul Development Agency Innovative Actions Program. Coordinated by Bogazici University, Istanbul Medeniyet University and Yildiz Technical University are other academic partners in the project with additional participants from private sector.
Experiments are currently underway at the laboratories of The Institute of Environmental Sciences, while pilot-scale studies will be conducted at newly constructed state-of-the-art facilities to be opened in Summer of 2016 at Bogazici University Saritepe Campus located on the shoreline of Black Sea.
